  • The quality and standards of all video and audio content.
  • Production of video and audio projects.
  • Approval of any scripts for videos.
Word on Fire Institute
Dept · 03
  • The content programming, including a curriculum for evangelists and the management of WOFI communities, and customer retention of the Word on Fire Institute subscription platform.
  • Overseeing the WOFI / Catholic University of America MA Program.
  • Overseeing Evangelization & Culture and Evangelization & Culture Online.
  • Overseeing the WOFI Think Tank (in development).
  • Supporting WOF's work in the United Kingdom by overseeing the WOFI UK Community.
  • Programs which engage with, and make an impact on, cultural trends and public policy.
Sales & Marketing

  • Management of the email and advertising sales campaigns in conjunction with Development.
  • The sales numbers of our books and other physical products.
  • The number of new subscribers to our subscription products.
  • All logistics within Word on Fire of physical products that require shipping and warehousing.
  • Social media channels and strategy.
  • Administration and operation of Word on Fire's e-commerce platforms.
Design

  • The perception, appearance, and use of all of Word on Fire's name, brands, and marks in accordance with the Word on Fire ethos.
  • Design and review of all visual media including print materials, digital productions, websites, and multimedia.
Development
Dept · 06
  • Solicitation of funds to support the mission and projects of Word on Fire.
  • Management of the email and advertising fundraising campaigns in conjunction with Sales and Marketing.
  • Strategic donor engagement, sourcing, and retention to sustain and grow support for the ministry.
Operations
Dept · 07
  • The management of policies, procedures, contracts, and corporate governance at Word on Fire as well as compliance with said statutes and regulations.
  • Management of Word on Fire's billing, accounting, finance, and expense programs.
  • Oversight of all Word on Fire's human resource programs including hiring, payroll, benefits, and personnel matters.
  • Oversight of the Customer Relations functions.
Technology

  • Manage the project management office at Word on Fire and coordinate any significant collaboration between multiple departments.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of in-person experiences and sponsorships.
  • Production of custom software to meet the needs of the ministry.
  • The warehousing and security of all ministry data. Production of data reports to leadership.
  • Approval and guidance on the purchase and deployment of any third-party software platforms at Word on Fire.
  • Support employees' individual technology with their assigned hardware and key ministry-wide software.
